Do your products come with a guarantee?

We stand behind our craftsmanship, and all of our products come with a five year guarantee against manufacturing errors. Depending on the situation, we may replace the defective products or refund your original purchase price.

Are your products high-quality?

Don’t let their affordability fool you. We only use the finest materials to construct each piece, whether it’s fine Italian leather or soft cashmere. If you’d like to experience the quality of our materials first hand, we’ll send you a set of free swatches so you can find exactly what you’re looking for.

How can I place an order?

You can place your order over the phone or on this website. To place an order by phone, call us at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Our professional, highly trained customer service representatives can answer all of your questions, whether they’re technical or aesthetic.

What payment methods do you accept?

During the checkout process, you can pay with Visa or MasterCard using our encrypted connection, or you can select to pay by bank transfer. With this option, we’ll send our bank information with your order confirmation, and you can simply transfer your funds to our account.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order at any time (as long as it hasn’t left our warehouse yet). There is no charge to change or cancel your order. If the item has already shipped, you can always return it to us.

What if my item is damaged during delivery?

We take the utmost care during the delivery process, but if you receive a damaged product, simply contact us to arrange for a return. We may ask you to send photos of the damage during this process.

How long does it take to process my order?

Many of our products are made to order, and we use a rigorous quality assurance process to ensure that each item is up to our high standards. As a result, processing and shipping may take up to 12 weeks from the date of your order.

Can I pick up my items myself?

Yes. Simply select “pick up from our warehouse” during the checkout process, and we will notify you when your item is ready to be picked up. We will arrange a time to meet you at our warehouse for the collection.

Do you ship outside the UK/US (where is company located?)?

At this time, we only ship to UK/US addresses. If you live outside of this area, it is your responsibility to arrange pick up or delivery.
